92kpr services are strictly for individuals aged 21 years and above. Age verification via CNIC may be requested at any time. Under-21 accounts will be permanently suspended and any remaining balance forfeited as per these Terms.
Each individual may hold only one 92kpr account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts. Bonuses obtained through multiple accounts will be voided without exception.
All bonus funds credited to 92kpr accounts are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. The specific multiplier (typically 30x to 40x) is stated in the relevant promotion's individual terms, which form part of these overall Terms.
All 92kpr account balances, deposits, wagers, and withdrawals are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 92kpr does not process transactions in foreign currencies. Minimum deposit is Rs 100 via JazzCash or EasyPaisa.
Players are prohibited from using bots, scripts, exploits, or any automated tool to interact with 92kpr's platform. Collusion in multiplayer games, match-fixing in sports betting, and any form of fraud will result in immediate account termination.

Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their 92kpr Account credentials, including their password and any OTP codes received. Players must notify 92kpr immediately if they suspect any unauthorised access to their Account. 92kpr will not be held liable for losses or damages arising from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their Account credentials.

Required KYC documents may include: CNIC (front and back), selfie with CNIC, proof of payment method ownership, and/or proof of source of funds. 92kpr accepts deposits via the following payment channels: JazzCash mobile wallet, EasyPaisa mobile wallet, Raast (SBP instant payment), HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, 1LINK, and Cash OTC where available. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.
The minimum deposit on 92kpr is Rs 100 (Pakistani Rupees One Hundred) when depositing via JazzCash or EasyPaisa. Minimum deposit amounts for other payment methods are displayed at the time of transaction initiation within your Account. 92kpr does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to a Player's 92kpr Account balance within 30 seconds of successful payment confirmation. Deposits via Raast and bank transfers may take 5 to 30 minutes to reflect, depending on the banking system's processing speed. 92kpr is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, network congestion, or banking system downtime.
All transactions on 92kpr are processed exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 92kpr does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any foreign currency. Players depositing from accounts denominated in foreign currencies will have their funds rejected at the payment gateway level.
Players may request withdrawal of their Real Money Balance at any time, subject to the following conditions being met: (a) the Player's KYC verification is complete and approved; (b) no pending security reviews are active on the Account; (c) any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds have been fully satisfied; and (d) the withdrawal amount meets the minimum withdrawal threshold applicable to the selected payment method.
92kpr processes withdrawal requests to JazzCash and EasyPaisa within five (5) minutes of request approval, twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week, including Pakistani public holidays. Withdrawals to bank accounts (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and others) are processed within fifteen (15) to thirty (30) minutes during banking hours. 92kpr guarantees these processing timelines subject to payment network availability.
Withdrawals may only be directed to a payment account registered in the same name as the 92kpr Account. 92kpr does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. This policy is a requirement of 92kpr's international gaming license and exists to prevent money laundering and protect Player funds.
92kpr reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing for the purpose of conducting security reviews, fraud investigations, or KYC verification procedures. Where a withdrawal is withheld for review, 92kpr will notify the Player within twenty-four (24) hours and will endeavour to resolve the review promptly. During the review period, the Player's Account may be placed in restricted mode.
92kpr may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and other incentive programmes to new and existing Players. All promotions are subject to (a) these general Terms & Conditions, and (b) the specific terms of the individual promotion, which will be published at the time the promotion is made available.
Bonus funds credited to a Player's Account must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the individual promotion's terms. Unless stated otherwise, only wagers placed on slot games contribute 100% towards the fulfilment of wagering requirements; live casino, table games, and sports betting contributions vary by promotion. Withdrawal of a Real Money Balance where bonus funds are active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
92kpr reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or void any bonus or associated winnings if it determines, at its sole discretion, that a Player has engaged in promotional abuse. Promotional abuse includes but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim a bonus multiple times, using automated betting patterns designed to exploit bonus terms, and providing false information to qualify for a promotion.
Each game available on 92kpr is governed by its own individual game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between specific game rules and these general Terms, the specific game rules shall prevail in respect of gameplay mechanics, and these general Terms shall prevail in respect of all other matters including Account management, payments, and Player conduct.
All game outcomes generated by 92kpr's certified Random Number Generator (RNG) or by live dealer operations are final and binding upon settlement. 92kpr will not reverse settled wagers except where a genuine technical malfunction is confirmed by system logs, or where a sporting event result is subject to official amendment by the governing sporting body.
In the event of a technical error, system failure, or communications breakdown during gameplay or sports betting, 92kpr reserves the right to void affected bets and return the staked amount to the Player's Account. 92kpr is not liable to pay winnings that result from a malfunction, even where such winnings have been temporarily displayed to the Player.
All sports bets on 92kpr are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport and the in-play or pre-match rules applicable at the time of bet placement. Cricket betting markets on 92kpr (including PSL, international T20s, Test matches, and ODIs) follow standard cricket betting rules regarding match abandonment, rain interruptions, and Duckworth-Lewis-Stern calculations as specified in the individual market rules.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 92kpr's total liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Player's use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
92kpr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of business opportunity, or reputational damage, even if 92kpr has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Notwithstanding the above, nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 92kpr's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
92kpr collects, processes, and stores Player data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and available at 92kpr.app/privacy-policy. By registering on 92kpr, Players consent to the collection and processing of their personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Player data collected by 92kpr includes: registration information (mobile number), KYC documentation (CNIC), transaction records, gaming activity logs, device information, and IP addresses. This data is used for account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, regulatory reporting, and responsible gaming monitoring. 92kpr does not sell Player personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
92kpr may suspend or permanently close a Player's Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the event of: (a) breach of any provision of these Terms; (b) suspected fraud, money laundering, or prohibited conduct; (c) failure to complete required KYC verification; (d) receipt of a verified self-exclusion request; or (e) any other circumstance where 92kpr reasonably believes it necessary to protect the integrity of the Platform or comply with its regulatory obligations.
Players may close their 92kpr Account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat. Prior to account closure, any outstanding Real Money Balance (excluding unmet wagering requirements on bonus funds) will be withdrawn to the Player's registered payment method. Account closure requests are typically processed within 48 hours.
An Account is considered inactive if no login activity is recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. 92kpr may apply an administrative inactivity fee not exceeding Rs 200 per month to inactive accounts after this period, up to the point the Account balance reaches zero. Players will be notified by SMS to their registered mobile number before inactivity fees commence.
92kpr reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms will be revised accordingly. Where amendments are material, 92kpr will endeavour to notify registered Players via SMS to their registered mobile number at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect. For non-material amendments, changes will take effect immediately upon publication.
Your continued use of 92kpr following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using 92kpr and may request account closure. 92kpr will process the return of your Real Money Balance in such circumstances.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 92kpr holds its international gaming license. Players acknowledge that 92kpr is operated and regulated under this international framework and that the licensing jurisdiction's laws take precedence in matters related to the Platform's operations.
In the event of a dispute between a Player and 92kpr, the Player must first submit a formal complaint through 92kpr's internal complaints process by contacting customer support via live chat or email. 92kpr will acknowledge the complaint within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within five (5) business days.
